390/184. Chris Brown Is Angry, Again.

Chris Brown is sorry for yelling, tearing his shirt off, and throwing a chair into a window after a Good Morning America interview on Tuesday. Brown allegedly lost his temper after an interview with ABC's Robin Roberts didn't go as he expected. Following the interview, in which Roberts brought up a restraining order issued by ex-girlfriend Rihanna, Brown reportedly broke a window in the studio and ripped off his shirt. During an appearance on BET's 106 & Park yesterday, he said, "I want to apologize to anybody who was startled in the office, or anybody who was offended ... I'm disappointed in the way I acted." He also explained that he had to release "tha anger that I had inside me."

387. Westboro Baptist Church

The First Amendment protects a fringe church's anti-gay protests at military funerals, a nearly unanimous Supreme Court ruled Wednesday in a powerful opinion that spoke to the nation's tolerance for even hateful public speech.

Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. wrote that Westboro Baptist Church's picketing at fallen soldiers' funerals "is certainly hurtful and its contribution to public discourse may be negligible." But he said the reaction may not be "punishing the speaker."

"As a nation we have chosen a different course - to protect even hurtful speech on public issues to ensure that we do not stifle public debate," Roberts said. (read more: http://alturl.com/an3h2)

386/168. Obama's Birth Certificate

see, there's all this controversy about whether Obama is a citizen, and therefore qualified to be President. Reportedly, he was born in Hawaii. This DEEP DIVE confirms that notion but introduces a new conundrum. His race. Get it? ok nevermind.

ATLANTA — Georgia is the latest state to propose legislation that questions whether President Barack Obama was born in the U.S., joining 10 other states who have measures that want more proof before his name is put on the 2012 ballot. (read more: http://alturl.com/kmcg5)
